THIS IS THRIVE: We are an organization who seeks to challenge the status quo, elevating the profession of Physical Therapy and moving ALL our clinicians to practice at the top of their professional license. We accomplish this through robust continuing education, communication, and coaching/mentorship programs. We are moving all therapists toward a Certified Manual Therapy Certification (COMT), Trigger Point Dry Needling Certified (CDNT) and Board-Certified Specialist in Orthopedics (OCS).

DIRECT ACCESS – Our goal is to continue to increase the number of direct access patients we help. At Thrive, we believe a physical therapist can be a cost saver to the medical system. By avoiding unneeded X-rays and MRI’s, eliminating injections and medications that only cover up the problem, and providing outcomes that ultimately prevent surgeries, these are some of the ways we can save both the patient and the health system time and money.
The primary role of this individual is to proactively develop our sports performance and wellness programs, provide exceptional patient care, and communicate regularly with other members of the Thrive team.
Job duties are not limited to, but do include:
- Provide patient care while ensuring clinical excellence and outstanding patient outcomes
- Develop sustainable sports performance and wellness programs
- Utilize motion analysis and kinematic sequencing technology to improve outcomes, drive the bio-feedback loop, and provide patient/community education.
- Educate the community on how conservative physical therapy can address musculoskeletal injuries
- Collaborate with various divisions of our team from administration, clinical, and marketing
- Be a part of one of the most dynamic private practices in the Farragut area!!
Qualifications:
- Licensed Physical Therapist
- Sports or orthopedic certification preferred
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience preferred
- Leadership experience preferred
- Verifiable past of getting things done
Pay:
- $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
