We are looking for an experienced occupational therapist to join our team. Our desire is to find the right person to offer our services within a “hometown healing” environment.

The Occupational Therapist’s primary role is to assure clinical outcomes are being met with excellence and to collaborate throughout the organization overcome obstacles that limit a phenomenal patient experience.

Job duties are not limited to, but do include:

• Provide patient care while ensuring clinical excellence, completion of care plans and outstanding patient outcomes.
• Educate and proactively connect with the community on how conservative occupational therapy can effectively address their concerns.
• Harvest and develop Direct Access opportunities within respective area of influence.
• Attend marketing breakfasts, lunches, snacks, and some afterhours events to help educate physicians and the community on our services.
• Meet regularly with the organization, clinical team and supervisor as scheduled.
• Educate occupational therapy students.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist required.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience is preferred.
