Office Coordinator

The Office Coordinator’s role is to work alongside the clinic manager, staff therapists, therapist assistants, and technicians to ensure a phenomenal patient experience. It is the main responsibility of the Office Coordinator to provide exceptional customer service to all patients by maintaining a positive & welcoming environment.

Job duties are not limited to, but do include:

  • Opening and closing tasks
  • Phone management
  • Greeting/escorting/scheduling patients
  • Completing intake/registration/processing of new patients
  • Insurance benefits verification
  • Insurance authorization submission and tracking
  • Collecting copays, deductible, and co-insurance payments
  • Managing accurate bank deposits

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Basic understanding of Medical Insurance Benefits
  • Ability to multitask
