Are you interested in playing a pivotal role in healing the community while growing yourself professionally? If you answer yes to any or all of the above statements, then we invite you to learn a bit more about the opportunities within Thrive Physical Therapy.

We are looking for an experienced physical therapist assistant to join our team. Our desire is to find the right person to offer our services within a “hometown healing” environment.

We are an organization who believes in challenging the status quo, elevating the profession of physical therapy and having ALL our clinicians practicing to the TOP of their licenses. We do this by providing a very robust continuing education program, clinical mentorship, leadership training, and a collaborative work environment.

If you are enthusiastic about helping your patients achieve optimal results, educating the medical community and general public on “PT First and Why”, and being the provider of choice in your community, then we would like to talk to you! Our organizations believe a physical therapist can be a cost saver to the medical system by avoiding unneeded X-Rays and MRI’s, eliminating injections and medications that only cover up the problem, and providing outcomes that ultimately prevent surgeries.

The Physical Therapist Assistant’s primary role is to assure clinical outcomes are being met with excellence and to collaborate throughout the organization overcome obstacles that limit a phenomenal patient experience.

Job duties are not limited to, but do include:

  • Provide patient care while ensuring clinical excellence, completion of care plans and outstanding patient outcomes.
  • Educate and proactively connect with the community on how conservative physical therapy can effectively address musculoskeletal injuries.
  • Harvest and develop Direct Access opportunities within respective area of influence.
