The Office Coordinator’s role is to work alongside the clinic manager, staff therapists, therapist assistants, and technicians to ensure a phenomenal patient experience. It is the main responsibility of the Office Coordinator to provide exceptional customer service to all patients by maintaining a positive & welcoming environment.
Job duties are not limited to, but do include:
- Opening and closing tasks
- Phone management
- Greeting/escorting/scheduling patients
- Completing intake/registration/processing of new patients
- Insurance benefits verification
- Insurance authorization submission and tracking
- Collecting copays, deductible, and co-insurance payments
- Managing accurate bank deposits
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Basic understanding of Medical Insurance Benefits
- Ability to multitask
