Business Development Representative / Sales Professional

The Business Development Representative’s role is to facilitate overall company growth and establish new referrals through relationships with local medical providers, industries, attorneys, etc.

Job duties are not limited to, but do include:

  • Calling on established partners to maintain business relationships
  • Developing new relationships with local referral sources
  • Distributing promotional material
  • Educating referral sources on new events, programs, and promotions
  • Hosting breakfasts, luncheons, and dinners

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year in medical sales, medical marketing, or a related field (required; 5+ years is preferred)
  • A general understanding of physical therapy & related services (required)
  • Reliable transportation (required)
  • Excellent customer service skills (required)
  • A Knoxville native, or someone who has lived in the area long enough to have established relationships in the community (preferred)
  • Currently established relationships with medical providers in the Knoxville community (preferred)
  • Clinical background (i.e. RN, LPN, PT, PTA) (preferred)

Job Type:

  • Full-time
  • M-F, day shift
  • Some weekend shifts required as needed for events

Education:
